Service? What service... no show for three weeks, no call even after being told earlier in the week they would be here on our scheduled date.
Update - Just found the container our driver, Vinnie, was supposed to pickup. He went out of his way to put it back inside our building instead of on his truck & charged us for a "non pickup" Original Review: Driver was in bad mood for today’s pickup upon arrival & very unprofessional. Shouted at me after I refused to sign something agreeing to pay for a “non pickup” because I couldn't find labels (driver normally prints necessary labels upon arrival). We were customers of the predeceasing company, Shred-It, whom we loved. We formally cancelled our account with Stericycle in July 2020 and we have not had a Stericycle bin in our facility since May 2020 due to an attorney retiring. It is November 2022 and we are still arguing with a collections agency to prove that we were not serviced in 2021 and 2022, TWO years after we cancelled or account.
