Horrible. We pay on time every single time. Our local branch is terrible and we have placed NUMEROUS calls in to have our services picked up where we are directed by corporate and assured our pick up will be done and we will be contacted. We never are. Just have to keep calling. I don't think our office has been picked up since July. When I tried to inquire when our most recent pick up was, they told us they "didn't have access to that information." Our office will be switching to another medical waste pickup company. Haven’t been picked up since August, October was skipped and I’m receiving zero assistance by calling for my scheduled December pick up 3 hours before my closing hours. No one can get ahold of dispatch to get me an ETA for service pick up yet I’m still paying and they won’t give a credit for not giving service I’m paying for. Claiming they cannot see any details prior to September and I’m just placed on hold for lengths of time with no resolution. Look elsewhere for services. They never pick up on time (or ever unless you call). Edited to add: Have spent countless hours on the phone and email and still have not had services rendered. I have paid for 10 months of services and they have successfully completed one pickup. Buyer beware! This company is a scam.
