I'm sure this is a good company overall but they need to train their drivers not to block cars parked at the businesses they serve. This driver blocked at least 4 people while he went into the lab. As you can see, there was an area just ahead of him where he wouldn't be in anyone's way, but it would be a little farther to walk. Please do better.

Crooked business practices. Will lock you into a reoccurring 5 year, overpriced service with the only way out to pay the full term. Read the fine print. Better than that, keep looking for someone else for your needs.

Contracted with Stericycle to provide hazardous waste pickups for a tattoo shop I did admin work for in 2023/2024. The pickup times were never followed through on, customer service was a joke, we had to fight tooth and nail to get a single pickup! Customer service was a joke, billing was sloppy, and despite promises for expedited cancelation due to issues Stericycle acknowledged as their fault, even canceling our contract was still a nightmare.
