Call to get a controlled substances waste container. Called five times now and still not able to receive an answer. Each time you call you spend 10 minutes just giving them your information and verifying the account. So I've wasted over an hour with five phone calls and still don't have what I need. I've got two encounter numbers, spoken to four different people. Nobody seems to know what they're doing. Horrible company.
