Update: The company responded below with another email for me to send stuff to but still has not helped me at all. I emailed the email and called yet again. No help. They will sign you up for contracts wo/your permission! I opened a contract almost 3 years ago I believe w stericycle to have them pick up needles for my tattoo shop. I’m writing this on behalf of the Memphis tattoo community. Steer clear of this place. There are plenty of other sharps disposal companies out there. This one requires a monthly payment plan, and then makes sharps pick up nearly impossible. Several in our group have gone 11 months without a pickup, but have been charged monthly, nonetheless. The excuse being that Stericycle was bought out by waste management. But you know whose problem that is? Stericycles. This company service very bad, lack of communication, missed pick up waste 4 times. I will never recommend this company, and we are canceling service.

After more than 10 years as a Stericycle customer for my medical practice/medical waste I had to change to another company due to lack of communication and inability to get any kind of help with issues about scheduling/services over the past 12-18 months. Despite my cancellation of services and multiple phone calls (with reference numbers for each) they have continued to bill me and continue to tell me that my cancellation is still "processing" even though they have my September 9th cancellation request on record.
