I asked for a single box pickup and drop of a new box. Driver indicate box was overfilled so we told him we could take out a couple of sharps containers and put in new box for later pickup when new box got full. Instead he took everything and charged us 600% more than the last pickup. He didn't inform us what he did or about the difference in fees. Update: If you are a small business seeking shredding services, do not use Shred-It/Stericycle. We received a fraudulent invoice for services that were not performed, multiple appointments were scheduled by Stericycle without our consent or knowledge, and Stericycle arranged recurring services without our consent or knowledge when we have contacted them only for one-time shredding services.
