One of your drivers hit my car the day after Christmas while I was inside working! The driver made his pick up and drop off and never said a word! Hit and run! The company has been ghosting me ever since. The supervisor has my number blocked in his work phone. How do I know? This company is horrible. Lied about scheduled pick ups when they never arrived and unable to give actual time of arrival.Hence it is because you lied and still charge. I called to cancel. Suddenly still receiving a bill.

BEWARE!!!! Not reliable. Horrendous service. They did not show up multiple times when scheduled to collect biohazard waste. I wanted to cancel my service because of the lack of reliability and difficulty when contacting customer service. After hours on the phone, I found out to cancel my service, Stericycle will charge me a cancellation feel that is DOUBLE my contracted fee, even though I HAVE PAID the contracted fee yet received NO services. I believe the next step is the BBB or SCC. DO NOT use this company.

Horrible customer service! Even though I am the owner of the company they refused to talk to me since I was not listed as the authorized contact person. This is one of the reasons we are leaving this company. We will be contact the better business bureau for sure!
