They are charging an energy surcharge on their web based training. Breaking contacts by calling it a surcharge also, adding a monthly surcharge for an item that is picked up annually! Do Not use this company! Poor customer service and they always try to raise rates!
I do not recommend for tattoo shop owners. They are more expensive than other companies and the service is horrible. I've been with them since September last year. It was very hard to get a first pick up. Then I couldn't get a second pick up at all. I pay $75 a month to be non compliant with the health dept. Thanks to these people. $800 a year for four pick ups that are hard to procure is a bad deal. They also had me sign a contract but did not state it was for 5 years. After months of no pickups and attempting to charge us and take us to collections for services NOT RENDERED, we switched to Superior Medical Waste Disposal LLC, who unlike you, actually shows up to do the job we pay them for. I have photos of them taking away your full box. Pathetic.
I have had too many issues. Showing up when not scheduled and being charged for it. Not getting my correct containers for 6 months! Also got the run around when I tried to cancel. It took a month for them to respond and they tried to hit me with cancelation fees after they broke the contract. I do not recommend for medical waste or disposal.
Almost every month we have a a different driver and they are professional what they do in picking up our bio hazard waste.
