Victor and his team are fantastic! They were pretty busy but took the time to listen to what I wanted and then educate and guide me through product selection and set up. They know their stuff, are passionate, and very friendly and approachable. I'm listening to my new set up right now and couldn't be happier.

Awful experience from Vinyl Revival opened by Stereophonic that has still left me upset and still don’t have working Technics SL1200GEG-S Grand Class turntables ($14,400) which I was mis-informed about and resulted FOUR times the amount could have paid for the right decks for my clearly stated needs - listening AND DJing. Depute multiple queries, they simply deny, backtrack, send emails in legalese and change the website, rather than be upfront, accept a customers concerns and work toward a solution. Amazing equipment, and extremely knowledgable staff. Didn't try to upsell me, just guided me to my perfect sound system. Was able to call up and get great support when I was having issues, they sorted me out promptly and without mucking around
. A really good selection of high quality gear at a range of price points. Victor’s vast knowledge coupled with his friendly, informative service made the whole process clear and easy. He went to great lengths to understand my existing set up, provided options, communicated well and delivered a great result. Picked up some good vinyl too. Look forward to dropping into the new Nicholson Street location soon.
