What a wonderful store! I have stopped by twice, working with Zach Blume. He was incredibly patient, spent a good deal of time with me reviewing the different headphone options, their pros and cons, and helped me make a great selection. Honest, patient, meticulous customer service made for a productive experience and I view this as an exemplary store. Highest rating, and I consider them a resource that I plan to use in the future!
Been in here a couple times to build my first audio setup. Service and selection is excellent. Staff was super informative and helpful, and even gave me some great deals as they knew I was shopping sales and stretching my budget. Highly recommend Stereoland.
For complete rookies, what a wonderful experience (completely over the phone)! They were helpful, informative, and their customer service was outstanding. Zach really took the time to understand what we needed and worked within our budget by providing multiple options to complete our home theater, and Lon & Matt were excellent on the installation.
