Years ago, I met this guy and he'd do repairs out of his home. He did a pretty good job. Then he was able to secure a shop in downtown Sacramento and this city is a paradise for him, because he KNOWS there AREN'T that many repair shops here in COWTOWN the few that do, are VEROCIOUSLY GREEDY and he's NO EXCEPTION! He chooses WHO to STIFF and WHO NOT TO! You're ON YOUR OWN with this GUY!

Right off I would give a no stars were that possible. 3 bulbs out in a Sony vintage tuner--charge $350! This tuner was brought back to life by a tech in AZ after I bought off eBay awhile back. It needed nothing and recently the bulbs went out and that is all that needed fixing. There does seem to be a pattern with very unsatisfied customers and never anything he did according to him. First of all: For any potential customers who are checking reviews before they go in for service! He’s got a massive backlog of work and is only one man, his process is, $60, non refundable upfront for diagnostic (fair and reasonable, also, that $60 is taken as a deposit tords the total bill) and that takes about two weeks. DO NOT expect him to drop what he’s doing and tear your unit down and start diagnosing it on the spot, if you think you know what’s wrong with it, cool, but you’re still paying $60 non-refundable upfront ... read more
