Excellent customer service and exceptional professionalism. Jeremy was great to work with and is an expert in his field. Very courteous and mindful of our goals. Won't be going anywhere else for our home theater needs!

Kevin has terrible customer service skills. I had to call 3 or 4 times because he's phone wasn't working. When I finally got through, he answered by saying, "stop calling this number! Your number is spam" I told him I'm actually a customer and to stop being so rude. He continued to be rude but gave me the info I needed. When I called another Sterio West and told them my experience, the guy told me they've heard Kevin isn't very professional. I would not recommend Kevin at Sterio West Home Theater.

My go to place for home theatre installation. Kevin's integrity is what makes it work. Kevin and Stereo West have installed three home theatres for me over the past 25 yrs.as a result of my relocating. One was a projection system with a 120" screen. He probably saved me $10,000. My surround speaker system from my first install is still considered state of the art. I see it listed used for about 80% of what I paid. Kevin knows this industry. He knows cost/quality value.
