I did not have a good experience with these guys! I had to return to have a speaker that keeps blowing replaced and as soon as I drove away, after taking time off work and then having my car all day just to install one speaker, as soon as I would drive away the speaker sounds exactly the same! I literally took my truck in 3 different times which was a big inconvenience since I live an hour away and have 5 kids! They keep putting the same speaker back in! Thank you so much to the gentleman working today who came out and helped me figure out my DVD player in my truck it is greatly appreciated!!!!
I had them put a remote start in my truck and later it got totalled out. I paid Stereo West to take it out of my totalled out truck to put in my new truck. When I went to have it put in the told me they threw it away when they moved. I'm so pissed. DON'T GO THERE!!!!!
