Great facilites, secure entrance, beautiful views, friendly community. No pets, service animals only.
Great management. Common areas are always clean.
I have owned a unit at 5501 Seminary Rd since 1994 and can honestly say that it is not only ideally located near Pentagon and D.C. but it is a bargain for the price compared to all other luxury condo buildings in northern VA. Highly recommended.
The staff is wonderful and the place is constantly clean, there’s a gym in both the North and South.
