I wanted to leave an honest review based on my experience. The shop did refund me for the amplifier after I returned it, so I will give credit for honoring that. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the install and tuning. The line-out converter gains were turned all the way up, and I experienced multiple signal/wiring issues afterward that I ended up troubleshooting myself. There isn't a nicer, more professional, more knowledgeable or more helpful guy than Mike the owner is. Super honest, not out to price gouge anybody, takes the extra time to answer any and all questions/concerns that I have. Just all around a 5 star guy. This is the spot to have anything audio related done at. Thanks again bro. *Very nice and polite staff as well.
This is not a place that you should be going to. He ripped me off and he did such a poor job. He turned my line out converter all the way up and I was getting such dirty signal. He did not do a good job. I would not recommend you to go there. I will be giving him a call later today or tomorrow to inform him of his work. I had to go out of my own time and I was paying someone to do good work and I thought he knew what he was doing, but no, he did not so I will never be coming back here again.
