I had an emergency come up where my DSP quit working just a few days before my four day motorcycle trip. This guy worked me in by working late and I was very satisfied with the quality of work he did. Not only did my Stereo sound much better but he called me three hours after I left to make sure I was satisfied with the quality of the sound. This guy is very caring very knowledgeable. He is absolutely the best.
I Have done business with Mike for years. Very talented. I Never questioned any pricing. We would discuss the work on the phone, Mike would offer an “estimate” and we would set an appointment. If ever he needed to charge more, no problem. I know he is an honest guy. Complaining customers led to an extra trip to his shop policy for an estimate. Sad to hear. I was a good paying customer. Disappointed that I was not valued.

I wanted to leave an honest review based on my experience. The shop did refund me for the amplifier after I returned it, so I will give credit for honoring that. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the install and tuning. The line-out converter gains were turned all the way up, and I experienced multiple signal/wiring issues afterward that I ended up troubleshooting myself. There isn't a nicer, more professional, more knowledgeable or more helpful guy than Mike the owner is. Super honest, not out to price gouge anybody, takes the extra time to answer any and all questions/concerns that I have. Just all around a 5 star guy. This is the spot to have anything audio related done at. Thanks again bro. *Very nice and polite staff as well.
