Just moved here from South Carolina. Bought a Jeep and had the radio switched out for a Kenwood. The installer in South Carolina incorrectly wired the nav guidance therefore not providing the voice prompts. Called my installer and he told me to take it to Stereo Shop of Port Charlotte and they would take care of it. When I arrived they told what could be the problem. They could have said the radio was bad, broken or whatever but they had it fixed quickly. Told me they would take care of any charges with the original installe... read more
