Out of the many that work here 2-3 actually know what they're doing. Their tech's know basic installs meaning they know how to read instructions on how to install as if it were an IKEA manual. Now I had to go back because one tech couldn't figure out how to install a pre-purchased deck that was supposed to be around $285 including running backup camera, but when all was said and done $610.
