Good service – I have taken 3 things here over a span of over 10 years and all were repaired with no problems so I keep going back. In one case he said it would be cheaper to buy new but the unit had sentimental value and it's still working.

beware! – i delivered my akai reel to reel back in 2003 for repair.i gave the owner,dave,a $20 deposit,and he would check it out and told me to call in about a week. well,i was told they were still checking it. called again,now the guy that helps with repairs hurt his back due to some injury.called back, waterpipe broke in the back of the shop.this has been going on for 6years.i'm very busy, i live on the southside,and getting the time to drive all the way up to the northside during the week is hard.all i can say is don't co... read more

Stay Away – I am not sure how to detail my review except that unless you want more stress, complication, poor treatments, and the possibility of never getting back your equipment, don?t do business with this company! While the owner, Dave, may give the appearance of a empathetic and concerned individual he is neither.
