Update : bought a fob on Amazon as I had a picture of the fob that I never got back, programmed the truck in under 3 minutes and now everything works again. And they (stereo depot) wanted me to buy a new 700 dollar system saying my fob wasn't the right fob for the truck. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I never trusted places like this and avoided them at all costs, but when my fob for my alarm broke and I called the manufacturer, they said, "Go here to get a new one." I brought my car in at 10:30am to get a new head unit and backup camera installed, they said it will take about 3 hours and they'll call me when it's done. I didn't get a call so I went there at 3:30pm and they said the guy working on it had an emergency and had to leave. He told me they'll have it done around 5-5:30pm, he said it will get done today though. It's now 7:00pm and I haven't received a call or update about it. Brought my 2nd car to stereo depot and had another great opportunity to work with Adrian. I purchased a 2015 infinity Q50 and did professional install. Super happy and ready to bump again. No more corolla that’s just an upgrade for me. Highly recommend asking for Adrian at their San Diego location. The vibes here is always right and gets me excited for purchasing new product every time I come in.
