Today I tried a strength class which was ran by the new venue manager Steve. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and super motivating! Now it’s so lovely to come back to this gym in such a welcoming environment and feel like i will be able to hit my fitness goals again. Was also lovely to see the facilities clean and fresh as for a period it was very unkept. So refreshing to see the changes a new venue manager can make!
Great gym very well managed with good people doing their thing easy to make friends as everyone is on the same page cheers
The classes run by James are fabulous
Love that is quiet and friendly and I can choose my time that I want to train
