I went there to rehab after shoulder surgery and had two therapists who did an incredible job at getting me back to full mobility. Alena and Laura are highly skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and professional. The facility is clean, neatly organized and with many types of equipment to workout different ways depending on what type of injury you have.
This is a great place for therapy. They have a new name "Step Up". Same great team. They are closely associated with "Healthy Heart Fitness". Try them, you will be glad you did.
