While traveling through Ely, circumstances required that I had to put my cat to sleep. I called and they were able to get me right in. The staff was compassionate and treated us like they would one of their regular pet parents. I would definitely recommend this vet if you lived in the Ely area, as they made a horrible situation that much better by showing us such kindness. They have even made it possible to get my pets cremated remains shipped to me in Arizona, which gives me great comfort.
We would highly recommend Steptoe Veterinary Services in Ely NV. While on vacation in Ely we brought our dog Lucky twice and we really appreciated and thankful Dr. Clinton and Dr. Whitley Heinrod they are exceptional vets. They spent enough time to explain what's going on with Lucky. Give us guidance what to do and options of treatment. The clinic is very clean and all the staffs are very efficient, helpful and nice.
For not seeing my dog because they’re booked in surgeries all day with all their doctors and not letting us pay when we get our next paycheck in literally a day my dog‘s dead we just had to put him down. I don’t Recommend this That because they give you the runaround and they think about money more than animals anymore
Steptoe Veterinary saved my puppys life. Our sweet Annie is back to playing with her cat and loving life. We can't thank this small town dr. enough.
