The doctor and office staff are nice people, but I wouldn't advise taking a cat here for care. It's just not their area of expertise. They wanted to do X-rays and said it would be $150 so we agreed. Then the doctor couldn't read the X-rays and wanted to send them to a radiologist to read it for an additional $150 because, in her own words, "I'm not entirely sure what I'm looking at here." I have been here a couple times. The first two visits were fine. Today I needed to take my dog to the vet because he had been bitten. I explained it was an emergency. The clinic and doctor showed zero interest in prioritizing my sick pet in need. If a vet clinic is unable to accommodate a medical emergency, I have no interest in supporting their business. I am thankful another vet clinic in Ely had the resources to take my pet in on short notice, even though I had not previously been a client.
Great experiences so far! They have been very knowledgeable, caring, and accommodating. I was a veterinary technician for 15 years, so I have very high standards and they have exceeded my expectations every time.
Very helpful! Would recommend.
