We purchased a railing from Steps Plus. Unfortunately, we did run into some issues when trying to install it. I notified the owner, and she immediately sent someone to remeasure for the railing. She never gave me pushback and had the new railing made in the shop. She then offered free delivery (since I planned to have someone else install it) and offered the installation at no charge. We haven't had our front steps in for ten years, and already they're starting to crumble, and the rails are rusting. I'm so disappointed with them. So now we have to someone repair them ourselves, and we're on a fixed income. I'm glad someone had better luck with their stairs then we have. Very dissatisfied.
Amazing work from steps plus. Great quality and great work. They are pro's at what they do. Anyone other contractor is just there for a quick dollar. Steps plus has been in business for years and they are the best at what they do
Would not recommend! They quickly dropped off custom steps we ordered, we saw it all on my neighbors camera. They are nice and sturdy steps, but, nothing is square. We had railings added…. bottom of the railing is 2” from the edge, the middle post is 3” from the edge, and the top railing is back to 2” from the edge. The steps were not square to the house and hanging over a concrete slab we had poured. I called and complained about that. The customer service at Steps Plus is horrible. I called to get a quote for my business for fencing/hand railings. The woman on the other line quickly became irate because I asked if they would install an existing hand rail. It was just a simple question. I was hoping for some help because my business recently burned down, which I told her, but she proceeded to yell at me for not knowing what services they offer.
