We had a difficult experience with Steps of Strategy, a nonprofit organization. After being promised job support and housing assistance, my family and I were left with unfulfilled promises, unclear lease agreements, and financial strain. Bad experience with this company
First started out to be ok till winter when it started snowing and the snow melted and ran into our apartment causing it to flood numerous times. Would think that we would be moved into another place nope instead was told we would be moved in April. Well April came and still was in the apartment. Paid 1100 a month that was supposed to went on a house that never happened. Claimed to be Christian but when things didn't go right would get plain out mean and hateful.
