My 5 yo. son has been attending Stepping Stones to Success for a year now and might I add, what a difference a year makes! My son LOVES his speech and occupational therapy sessions. I initially tried another place and my kid would scream bloody murder from the time we pulled into the parking lot until his session was over. My daughter went in for a visit which was over all great but the doctor never got with me about what should be done and that was over two months ago. I also paid for service that she wasn't send there for. And here they come calling for a follow up two months later.

This company is not deserving of a single star. I was referred here by my doctor, but the experience has been extremely frustrating throughout. After initially calling to begin the process and completing their lengthy form, I didn’t hear anything back for over a month. I called multiple times—no answer and no returned calls. My son lights up as soon as we pull into the parking lot ! He loves attending his sessions and all of the ladies are very helpful and know my son as soon as he steps in lol . I’m very appreciative of Stepping Stones because just after three weeks of sessions my son began improving on speaking more and in sentences.

They say first impressions last but I’ve learned that’s not always the case. We started bringing my little one to this therapy center a little over two months ago.
