Started the process in March with my granddaughter, as her PCP said she is tongue tied. It took a very long time to get a letter from the PCP as Stepping Stones kept telling me the document was faxed. PCP office kept saying they never received it. I had to actually go to the primary care doctor's location and call Stepping Stones to fax the document. Surprised someone actually answered the phone. Good morning, stepping stones to success is a great therapy. I just have concerns with professionalism as far as staying in contact and on track with my kids schedules. I feel they let personal issues intervene and I don’t think that’s acceptable. I don’t like how they text majority of the time. I just wish it was a tad bit more organized. Over all my son has made progress but I think I’m going to change.
Started out great and from there went down hill my child’s appointment time went from 9 am to 11 or 12 in the afternoon some times 2pm as I called in spoke with some one about why her time has changed and the days she was going I would need to have it back at morning due to her having other appointments that she had to go to weekly involving her health . Then they would give her 10 am appointment and each week the time would change with out no one contacting me before doing so , they also wait the day of to tell you the time... read more
So happy my son Bobby goes here!! It’s only been a few months and everyone sees an extreme improvement!! Bobby even speaks more and tries to pronounce as well as demonstrate which tells me he’s becoming more confident!!! The staff is absolutely AMAZING and the environment is warm!! So thankful for them!!! Nothing like finding a place that actually loves what they do and love kids as well!!
