My daughter went in for a visit which was over all great but the doctor never got with me about what should be done and that was over two months ago. I also paid for service that she wasn't send there for. And here they come calling for a follow up two months later.
This company is not deserving of a single star. I was referred here by my doctor, but the experience has been extremely frustrating throughout. My son lights up as soon as we pull into the parking lot ! He loves attending his sessions and all of the ladies are very helpful and know my son as soon as he steps in lol . I’m very appreciative of Stepping Stones because just after three weeks of sessions my son began improving on speaking more and in sentences.
They say first impressions last but I’ve learned that’s not always the case. We started bringing my little one to this therapy center a little over two months ago. Started the process in March with my granddaughter, as her PCP said she is tongue tied. It took a very long time to get a letter from the PCP as Stepping Stones kept telling me the document was faxed. PCP office kept saying they never received it. I had to actually go to the primary care doctor's location and call Stepping Stones to fax the document. Surprised someone actually answered the phone.
