This company is not deserving of a single star. I was referred here by my doctor, but the experience has been extremely frustrating throughout. My son lights up as soon as we pull into the parking lot ! He loves attending his sessions and all of the ladies are very helpful and know my son as soon as he steps in lol . I’m very appreciative of Stepping Stones because just after three weeks of sessions my son began improving on speaking more and in sentences.
They say first impressions last but I’ve learned that’s not always the case. We started bringing my little one to this therapy center a little over two months ago. Started the process in March with my granddaughter, as her PCP said she is tongue tied. It took a very long time to get a letter from the PCP as Stepping Stones kept telling me the document was faxed. PCP office kept saying they never received it. I had to actually go to the primary care doctor's location and call Stepping Stones to fax the document. Surprised someone actually answered the phone. Good morning, stepping stones to success is a great therapy. I just have concerns with professionalism as far as staying in contact and on track with my kids schedules. I feel they let personal issues intervene and I don’t think that’s acceptable. I don’t like how they text majority of the time. I just wish it was a tad bit more organized. Over all my son has made progress but I think I’m going to change.
