I bought a living social deal and when I went to my appointment, two of the ladies I was supposed to see called in sick (found out they had a party the night before.....). I don't live in Boise so it wasn't easy to rebook. Given that, they gave me a 90 minute massage gift certificate to make up for the inconvenience. Seemed like a good deal but I just went to book with the certificate and they won't honor it. Said they have a new owner. Definitely would avoid this place since they don't care about their customers.
Rachel, the masseuse, gives a great massage! It's relaxing, and she makes an individualized plan of care for each person.
