I’ve had broken bones & surgeries that required physical therapy. Patients like me cringe when a doctor says you need physical therapy. Arun is not like the cookie cutter physical therapists of my past. I admire his dedication to his patients & his wealth of knowledge. He demonstrates & explains exercises he wants you to do and how it’ll help with healing. Thank you Arun
I have used this facility multiple times following varies injuries for the past 8 years. I continue to come back because the therapist listens to my concerns and offers critical feedback in order to get me back close to my healing plateau. I have been very pleased with the treatment i have received and the end results.

Arun has done an excellent job helping me get my motion back in my right shoulder, when I came to see him I was in pain and had limited movement in my arm. I highly recommend Stepping Stones for any type of rehab you may require. Arun is very knowledgeable and professional with all his patients from what I’ve seen during my rehab. I will be coming to see him for any type of help I would need in the future.
Arun is a truly gifted person. It is quite apparent that he cares about his patients as they navigate through the challenging journey of recovery. His willingness to share his knowledge and answer my questions is extraordinary. Arun took the extra steps to make my recovery the best it could be.
