Dr. Pamela Ulanoski and Dr. James Ulanoski, along with the entire nursing staff, are brilliant providers who have always treated our child with the utmost care and expertise.
Easy to work with and respect your authority as the child's parent.
Dr Pam and Dr Jim have been our pediatricians for the last 5 years. We are so blessed to have them as our pediatricians. My first born daughter is now old enough to even say “Mommy, I don’t feel good. I need to see Dr. Pam.” They have amazing ways to deal with children when they are not feeling great due to illnesses. Even my second daughter who we named her as “grumpy” behave so well when she is being seen by Dr Jim or Dr Pam. I don’t recall that we ever had to wait too long in the clinic to be seen. Really bad experience with Dr Jim. He made matters worse than what they appeared to be and extremely untrustworthy
My family switched to Stepping Stones last year, and I'm so glad we did. We really liked our old pediatrician, but it was almost impossible to get an appointment or speak with a human being when we had a question. Dr. Pam and Dr. Jim are great, and I've been so, so appreciative of how available they are when I need to call with a question or get one of my kids in for a sick visit.
