Dale, The owner, lied to me about his business and significantly overcharged me for tile. He told me he was "downsizing" his business, in fact he was being evicted for non payment. He told me I was getting a "trade discount price" and that the tile was not available anywhere else, the day after I purchased almost 2000sf of tile, I found it for almost $6k less at first place I stopped.
