Great staff!!
Steppinup Watersong with Minda, Kaycee, Emily, Hannah,,Mikela, and Mia coordinating is my best experience in PT I have ever had during 3 years of therapy for my lower back, and calf muscles. I had lumbar spine issues which i now know after surgery has been the cause. As I waited to have the surgery Minda has kept me on a plan to strengthen my core muscles and relieved my pain too. She does dry needling for most of the pain relief. I write this as my recovery has gone well in part due to better strength going in to the surger... read more

Steppin' Up has treated me with dignity and respect for my injury. it's tough and they work you, but isn't that what you're there for? I recommend Minda and her staff 100%!
