We had an absolutely amazing day at the petting zoo! It was so much fun interacting with all the animals, and you could really tell that the workers genuinely care for them. The animals are clean and well fed. The workers dedication made the experience even more enjoyable. Everyone was so happy, and it was a joy to see kids and families having a great time. Highly recommend having them host a party or visiting them at a farm for a delightful day out!
Stepping Out Ponies is an amazing petting zoo and pony rides company. Their employees are so knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. They are also so sweet with the kids. I want to mention one employee, Mackenzie. She knew so much about each animal. She was so patient and kind with each child she interacted with them. She was able to calm the children who were a bit anxious about going on the pony. She even made sure that each parent got great photos with their child on the pony. I have to start off with the 2 women (Alyssa and Victoria) who came and worked the petting zoo. They were both absolutely amazing. Professional and knowledgeable when asked questions about the animals. They were both great with the kids and superb in making sure both the animals and guests were safe. The way they set up, broke down and cleaned up was astonishing. The communication from the owners was spot on.
