Karen and her team were amazing! They were on time, neat, clean and organized. They were able to handle the children with such grace! Karen had a wonderful way of getting all the kids involved and on the pony, even the nervous ones! The animals seemed very well taken care of and loved! The team was extremely educational too, we truly cannot say their praises enough! Our daughter’s 2nd birthday was wonderful.
10/10 wish i could give more stars ! i would recommend them to ANYONE interested in having a farm birthday party for their kids, way better than going to a farm out east, and way more affordable !!! the animals were SO CLEAN and gentle, the kids (and adults) were obsessed with all of them ! THE COW was a MUST!! i can’t say enough good things about the staff and the animals just everything in general we were so pleased and the kids had the time of their lives
We had the best time with steppin out pony rides and petting zoo! The animals are so clean, gentle, and well cared for — you can tell they’re truly loved. Everything was spotless and well organized, and the staff was absolutely amazing — friendly, patient, and so great with kids. They really go above and beyond to make sure everyone (including the animals!) has a wonderful experience. Highly recommend for families, parties, or just a fun day out!
We had an absolutely amazing day at the petting zoo! It was so much fun interacting with all the animals, and you could really tell that the workers genuinely care for them. The animals are clean and well fed. The workers dedication made the experience even more enjoyable. Everyone was so happy, and it was a joy to see kids and families having a great time. Highly recommend having them host a party or visiting them at a farm for a delightful day out!
Stepping Out Ponies is an amazing petting zoo and pony rides company. Their employees are so knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. They are also so sweet with the kids. I want to mention one employee, Mackenzie. She knew so much about each animal. She was so patient and kind with each child she interacted with them. She was able to calm the children who were a bit anxious about going on the pony. She even made sure that each parent got great photos with their child on the pony.
