I want to sincerely thank Frank for his incredible kindness when my car’s engine overheated. By pure chance I parked my car near the shop and he happened to be walking by. Without hesitation, he checked my car, spotted the radiator leak, and filled it with coolant so I could safely reach my mechanic — all free of charge, as he kindly refused payment. Overall, my experience with this repair shop has been quite good. Their pricing is reasonable and they handle issues promptly, which I’ve always appreciated and trusted. This time, when the problem reoccurred, I clearly expressed that I was willing to pay to have it resolved. However, during the process, I felt that the owner’s attitude seemed a bit reluctant, which made things a little awkward in the end. Perhaps it was just a communication issue — a bit of a pity! Still, I would recommend them and give a 5-star rating.
I’ve been taking my car here for years and always receive honest, reliable service. Tony and team are trustworthy, professional, and go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. A mechanic you can truly trust – I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
