I’m really disappointed with my experience. I left the salon with more split ends than I came in with, which is the opposite of what I expected. A significant amount of heat was used on my hair without any heat protectant, which is concerning. I specifically asked for a cut and a blowout with curls, but received a straight blowout instead. On top of that, my haircut was done after the blowout because it was initially forgotten.
