Very disappointed with their service. Used them before and was satisfied. But this time. it was awful. I booked 10 days in advance for carpet cleaning between 10 am and noon. They called me on the day of the service and said they will be coming between 3-5pm. The guy didnt show up until **** pm. I told him that I am disappointed that I was the last person on their route. So I told him how upset I was and you know what he did? He said I am not going to let you talk to me like this and he just LEFT!!!! Thats how great this com... read more

The service technician ****** was prompt, polite and professional. He did an amazing job on some carpet that had some very old spots. I will definitely use this company again!
I have used Stephson for the last 15 years in my home and office. I don't know if they've changed hands or not, but I've always talked to Bill. I have bound area rugs on my first floor and have always done 3, 5 or 7 area specials. The last time they came the man said he was the owner's son, Bill wasn't the owner, and would charge $20 per extra rug, even if they were in the same area, almost doubling the price for the same areas of what I've had cleaned for years.
