Garbage, overpriced service. You would be better off with soup cans and a string. If you like to wait 10 minutes to have an internet page load or take 4 hours to stream a 1.5-hour long streaming movie, this is right up your alley. When notified of problematic service, it is still crappy a week later. Please don't mention getting a break on the bill for the non-existent service, it is full price all the way.
