When you go in for an X-ray to see if something is broken you would think that you would get a call back right away-or right then. But not here. The X-ray was yesterday at 1pm. This morning at 10 I called to find out why I hadn't heard anything and was told the doctor is in clinic and they would send him a note. Obviously patient care is not top priority here. If her hand is broken we will take it to a doctor who actually gives a rip for his patients. SO ANNOYED
Dr Ip has sure ben great for my hasband dr Ip has also seen me even tho I had been seen and treated by another DR ,I think maybe because he saw my name & came as a Friend & YES I would give him stars for that Thank you and dr Ip
