Beware! Do not give this guy a dime until the job is done and you have inspected the workmanship thoroughly! I paid half down, then waited 6 weeks while he told me he was waiting on the materials. These "materials" are readily available at any reputable installer. Craftsmanship on the install was HORRIBLE. I could stand in my bedroom and look up and see daylight through my ceiling, attic and roof. He left a 1/4" gap all around the pipe at my ceiling, and a 1/2" gap between my roof flashing and pipe.
