We have a Samsung dishwasher that is less than a year old. Well sometimes it never comes on and we have to turn the breaker off and on again to get it to power on. So we called Samsung and they sent out a guy from Stephenson Appliances. He was very rude and treated my mom like she was a complete idiot. First off he never called to say he was on his way. Dont waste your time here! I had them come out to fix my dishwasher in February, he said they will order my part and call me. In April I called back and she said the ticket was still opened and she didnt know why but she would call me back. Today I finally called a different place, after I told them I had been fighting the manufacturer to pay for almost 3 months she instantly said "let me guess you called stephensons first." I almost lost the parts and labor being paid for by the manufacturer. STAY AWAY!
Came out and checked our range and microwave. Didnt try to sell me anything, just told me what was wrong and what our options were. When he came back with the replacement parts he was qucik and friendly. Would recommend to anyone!
I called this place to set up an appointment for them to come out and repair my Samsung washing machine, and they made my appointment, but nobody ever came out or called to reschedule an appointment for me.
