Do not use these removalists! We had the worst experience of our lives with these removalists. To start with they were many hours late to pick up our things, with no phone call and so didn't finish packing our things until around midnight. Then they were about 3 weeks late delivering our things to Cairns where we relocated to, so we ended up $2000 out of pocket having to air bnb. The worst of it all though is that they didn't deliver my clothing which was worth $3000-4000! And damaged things which we had payed them for insur... read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ~ 0 stars. Cancelled move for Friday with short notice, said would do Sunday, did not turn up and would not respond to ph calls or texts. Promised furniture would be picked up Monday, again did not turn up. The business owner Luke sent me a text saying he gave me his word my furniture would be picked up on the day he said it would be, well he is not a man of his word. Absolutely do not use this company! I should have listened to the bad reviews on here, however the initial service provided was wonderful, so thought I'd give them a chance. Once the goods were picked up, there was no communication unless I chased them up. Even then, it was hard to get an answer. Took over a week to get goods from Brisbane to Airlie (a 12 hour drive). Didn't show up when they were supposed to. I tried to call them over a hundred times, left numerous messages, texts and emails - absolutely no response. Use so... read more

What can I say other than AMAZING!! Gavin and the boys went above and beyond with our recent move from Brisbane to Mackay. I called them Sunday morning In a panic due to a no show from another company. Not only did they get to me within a few hours but the took extra time to wrap everything.
