Recently had the unfortunate experience of attempting to get a death certificate for my deceased Father from Stephenson Shaw Funeral Home. They had me fill out a request form only for them to ghost me after a week of waiting. I attempted to reach the Director three times by phone and mail yet the director failed to respond.
