The ladies running the store were very professional and quick at their jobs. My business was important to them and I got excellent results in little time. I will make them my go to jewelers.
Never tell a customer "no offense, but". Will not return after multiple issues with a piece of jewelry, and to have them say "no offense, but..." when I was not rude at all and you know it is offensive when you feel the need to say no offense!
