I’ve known Sandy Stephenson since he was in High School. His business reflects the kind of Christian family man he is….one of the highest standards of honesty & integrity. We’ve used Erie Insurance for years & Sandy & his team are top notch. Professional with a family vibe!
We switched our insurance coverage over to Sandy/Erie a few years ago. He took the time to have us come to the office and went through the options in great detail with us. If we need changes to policy or any questions, Sandy gets back to us the same day. The service and quality of the coverage have no equal.
I don't know why I have not left a review before but I should have. I have used Sandy and his staff Taylor and Cheryl amongst others for approximately 10 years. There is a reason. They are the best! The service and attitude are outstanding! I have had Sandy personally process payments for me when the ladies were out. His staff Taylor and Cheryl are amazing! They all work hard. If you are looking for Home, Auto, or Life Insurance, this is the place to go. The few folks I have worked with so far (Sandy, Taylor, Cheryl) have given nothing but 5 star customer service while also providing great prices compared to my previous company that held my policies. They communicate in a timely manner and have always followed up if I had to leave a voicemail or send an email.
Dan Bonczek- The commercial insurance adjuster at this agency is very unprofessional and shady. We experienced a broken windshield at one of his insured’s car wash. The worker (probably making minimum wage) dropped the soap brush on our windshield. It popped, cracked and was damaged. We went through the wash and then got the workers contact information.
