I hired Stephenson Family Roofing once, and it was a terrible experience. They did a very poor job and refused to come back to fix the issues. In the middle of the job, they switched to cheaper materials and lied to me, saying the material we agreed on at the beginning was out of stock. Then they charged me more money anyway. Completely untrustworthy and unprofessional company. I would never hire them again or recommend them to anyone.

Stephenson Family Roofing went above and beyond! From the first phone call to the final shingle, these guys were professional, fast, and honest which is hard to come by these days. The crew showed up on time, cleaned up everything like they were never there, and the quality of work was top notch. No cutting corners, no games just real people doing real work the right way. Called me offering a free roof inspection. I politely declined, saying "that's ok I recently had my roof done..." but before I could finish they hung up on me. Can only imagine the treatment would be the same once they have your money.

I have used Nick and the team at Stephenson Family roofing for multiple roofing jobs over the past 3 years and am very happy with their service. Nick is always fast to respond, reliable, and goes above and beyond to do quality work. I highly recommend!

Nick came stopped by due to missing shingles did a temporary repair to our damage area and got us approved for a brand new roof from our insurance company at no cost to us besides are deductible and saved us thousands in damage
