Dr. Stephenson is very skilled and explained things well. However when I went in a week after to have follow up appt.he wasn't there and his nurse saw me. She said my cancer had metastasized and it would go to my bones, my brain and then I'd die.i almost fainted. This is what I would call bad bedside manner. Luckily I was sent to taussig cancer center at the Cleveland clinic. I met dr Garcia and dr.tendulkar and they are great. My cancer is undetectable now and my surgery was 5 yrs ago. Dr. Stephenson is an amazing man! Kind caring compassionate understanding and extremely knowledgeable! He takes his time to talk to you answer questions and explains options! This man saved my life due to bladder cancer! He is an amazing person and would recommend him to everyone! Top notch staff and office! Thank you to all at the Clinic
Our family did not have a good experience with this Dr, the options were limited and the results were far from what we were told to expect. Many complications arose and Dr Stephenson and his staff were not helpful. He has great creditials but we didn’t feel like we were treated with the dignity and respect we deserved. Going back, I wish we would have explored more options and would have not allowed fear tactics to play into our decision making.
