This is the worst broker we have ever dealt with, and Kelly in particular is utterly unprofessional, BHB Capital LLC, a licensed collections agency, has observed that STEPHENS TRANSPORTATION consistently demonstrates poor business practices. I represent BHB Capital LLC, a licensed collections agency, and I am stating this publicly: STEPHENS TRANSPORTATION is by far the most disgraceful logistics company we have ever encountered. Their employees are shockingly incompetent, blatantly arrogant, and downright abusive in their behavior.
