Had an issue with our blocked sink. Called the number, to my surprise it was answered promptly. Stephen said he would be around 1ish. Arrived at 1.20pm, did the job, knew exactly was he was doing, no time wastage. Fixed the problem quickly. Phenomenal service and a top guy to deal with. Absolute quality.
