Outstanding customer service! Everyone at Stephens Pipe & Steel was so kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to help me with exactly what I needed and treated me with genuine care and respect. It's refreshing to find a business with people who truly enjoy helping others. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back if I ever need anything in the future!
Very nice supply house but customer service is a little sketchy with the yard guys. The Jamaican gentleman on the forklift was very helpful and friendly however the white guy on the big forklift is useless and rude. Definitely should not be working with people. Belongs collecting shopping carts at Walmart.
