The actual painting was decent (4/5)- a few areas have drip marks and some of the doors have overspray but overall decent job with considerate workers. The real downside was communication with the owner/manager (2/5). I made it clear that I needed some gutter work for leaking and it seemed to be overlooked. The paint crew said someone else would do the gutters yet the next day the same crew was sealing the gutters. Finally, we've found a contractor/ handyman in the Montgomery - Walden area that is RELIABLE, reasonably priced and competent. In this area we were absolutely shocked when they actually showed up at the day and time agreed, gave a detailed description of the work to be done and provided a very reasonable price quote for the work to be done. Amazingly, Dave Stephens stayed in communication, then skilled workers showed up on the day and time promised.
