Dave Stephens Painting and Gutters was excellent to work with. Dave personally came out for a site visit to understand exactly what we were trying to achieve with a limewash finish in our media studio, where every detail matters given how the space will be used for content creation and client deliverables. The actual painting was decent (4/5)- a few areas have drip marks and some of the doors have overspray but overall decent job with considerate workers. The real downside was communication with the owner/manager (2/5). I made it clear that I needed some gutter work for leaking and it seemed to be overlooked. The paint crew said someone else would do the gutters yet the next day the same crew was sealing the gutters. They advertise carpentry but were unable to repair my decorative trim which was the other priority for my job. ... read more
