WEIRD place for services. Very hard to reach. Doesn't return calls, voicemail, or emails. Completely unprofessional on so many levels with most staff and management.
When i first moved to nc stephens outreach center truly helped me. they took me in and listened to my issues and helped me get with a psychiatrist to keep my prescriptions i had in florida before i was forced to relocate. During covid i was nervous to go to the monthly reviews and unfortunately they had to cut service to me because of it. I wish i wouldn't of been so scared at that point but my wife had an auto immune disease and was terrified id bring it home to her and not know it.
