I recently had the setting of an opal ring modified and a new ring made. The level of care and attention to detail was brilliant. New ring. Stephen checked all the details with me measured asked questions and sourced the cabochon stones. Frank then showed me the stones and checked all the details and made sure I was happy with the design. I found a pair of gold earrings which was a little different so I bought them.
The guys and gal's at the Fryers Street store are fantastic I needed 3 lockets of the same design, they managed to get them for me from their other branches, there was a problem with a couple of them after the photos were put in to them from a photo shop, they went above and beyond to locate 2 more for me, and the engraving they did for me was perfect. I highly recommend them on my experience.
